Vistra is a leading global provider of fund administration, corporate, trust, and private client services, operating across more than 50 jurisdictions worldwide.
Its Guernsey office plays a key role within its EMEA network, supporting high-net-worth individuals, funds, and international businesses with specialist financial and fiduciary services.
Located in Glategny Esplanade, Guernsey, the office is an important hub for delivering corporate services, wealth management solutions, and fund administration expertise to a global client base.
The Challenge
BlueSky were commissioned to deliver a full furniture fit out of the Vistra Guernsey office, with the objective of modernising the workspace to reflect the organisation’s global stature and evolving ways of working. The project aimed to create a refined, future-focused environment that not only aligned with Vistra’s brand identity but also supported the increasing demand for flexibility, collaboration, and operational efficiency.

The Outcome
BlueSky were commissioned to deliver a full installation of the Vistra Guernsey office, with the objective of modernising the workspace to reflect the organisation’s global stature and evolving ways of working. The project set out to create a refined, future-focused environment that aligns with Vistra’s international brand standards while supporting a more agile, collaborative, and technology-enabled workplace.
A key driver behind the brief was the need to transition from a more traditional office layout to one that better supports hybrid working patterns and cross-team interaction. The design needed to strike a careful balance between open, collaborative areas and more private, focused spaces, ensuring the office could cater to a variety of working styles without compromising efficiency or comfort. Using sit-stand desks throughout allows staff to fully configure their work space to suit their needs and wellbeing.
As a business operating in a highly regulated and client-focused sector, it was critical that the workspace balanced professionalism, confidentiality, and functionality. Particular attention was given to the client journey within the space, from arrival and reception through to meeting rooms and private offices, ensuring that every touchpoint reinforces trust, discretion, and a high standard of service. At the same time, internal areas were designed to promote productivity, wellbeing, and ease of movement throughout the office.
Aztec - IFC 6 - Jersey
Bluesky Office were proud to be appointed to deliver the full furniture solution for Aztec Group’s new headquarters at IFC6 in Jersey. This landmark project involved creating a modern, high-performing workspace for over 500 staff, designed to support flexibility, collaboration, and wellbeing.
