Every experienced installer has to start somewhere, and Leigh is currently proving that the best way to learn is by being thrown in at the deep end alongside Pip.

As one of Bluesky's up-and-coming Installation Operatives, Leigh is building his knowledge project by project, learning the tricks of the trade, and discovering that office furniture always seems to have at least three spare parts left over.

Eager to learn, willing to get stuck in, and never afraid to ask questions, Leigh has quickly become a valued member of the team. Under Pip's watchful eye, he's developing the skills, confidence, and experience needed to tackle increasingly complex installations.

He may still be learning the ropes, but with his positive attitude and determination, it won't be long before he's the one passing on the advice to the next new starter.
